Lindsey Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. She completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine where she was selected to the leadership position of chief fellow. Prior to this she completed her adult psychiatry residency in her
hometown of Sioux Falls, South Dakota at Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota. She chose training programs that integrated psychological and biological approaches and has been trained in various psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy and family therapy. She has also received extensive training in medication management. Dr. Miller’s goal is to work collaboratively with patients and she believes in an integrative approach which may include a combination of therapies, lifestyle changes and medications. She believes in patient and family-centered care helping clients build on and enhance their own inner strengths. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
