InstaMed Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Click Sign Up”
  2. Complete the required fields
  3. Save your information for future payments
  4. You are now ready to pay all your Community Psychiatry bills online

Note: you may have already registered for an InstaMed account with another provider. If this is the case, you will need to select Log In versus Sign Up.”

Go to the “Make a Payment” box and simply start by providing your:

  • Email
  • 16-Digit Account Number (located at the top of your statement)
  • Patient Last Name
  • Patient ZIP code

Click Pay Here and simply start by providing:

  • Email
  • 16-Digit Account Number (located at the top of your statement)
  • Patient First Name
  • Patient Last Name
  • Patient ZIP code

 

The InstaMed payment portal provides 4 different ways of logging-on:

  1. Log In: Once you create an account with InstaMed, you can use this as your default sign-in to access your dashboard.
  2. Sign Up: Register for an InstaMed account through this link.
  3. Make a Payment: Make a payment quickly through this screen after receiving a statement.
  4. Pay Any Healthcare Bill: InstaMed is a payment platform that other healthcare providers, besides Community Psychiatry, use for payment systems. Through this link, you can pay other bills with other providers who are partnered with InstaMed.

 

Your 16-digit Account Number can be found at the top of your statement or by contacting our billing department at (866) 681-4869, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm PST.

The four major debit/credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, e-checking is now available via savings or checking accounts.

As we work to add an online payment plan feature, you can opt-into our “AutoPay” option, authorizing us to automatically charge your debit/credit card or bank account on file.

For your convenience, e-statements will be available within your next billing cycle, once you create an InstaMed account. Simply “Sign Up” and view your InstaMed dashboard. You can also opt-out of receiving paper statements in the “Preference” settings.
