Darlynn Lockett, LCSW
Darlynn Lockett is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health advocate. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Masters in Social Work through San Diego State University. She has worked in psychiatric inpatient settings, residential facilities, community agencies, crisis work, and outpatient clinics in both Northern and Southern CA. She has worked on numerous projects for LGBTQIA+ awareness and social justice advocacy. Darlynn is a trauma‑informed clinician and is certified in evidence‑based techniques for the treatment of PTSD, addiction, and mood disorders in adults. She is currently pursuing additional training in trauma‑sensitive yoga techniques, and is passionate about healing the mind and body together. Her focus is a holistic, patient‑centered approach: meeting people where they are at, exploring biopsychosocial/spiritual impacts, all while helping others discover the power that is inside of them. She provides a safe, guided and non‑judgmental space for those who seek healing.
Outside of work, Darlynn enjoys spending time in the sunshine, reading, trying new cuisine, practicing yoga, and spending time with her fur‑friends.Request Appointment
