After a successful high school and college career as an elite athlete, Division I softball pitcher, Jamie worked with professional and college athletes and spent ten years at USC working with the men’s and women’s tennis teams, winning 5 NCAA National Championships.

She also spent several years working in different agencies and private practices that have provided her many different clinical experiences, including working with children, families, adults, couples, and groups.

Jamie is also an eating disorder specialist and has a year of experience working with partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient eating disorder clients.

Jamie is passionate about incorporating all aspects of health and wellness into therapy. With her educational and personal background, she has a unique approach to helping those she works with achieve their full potential in relationships, life/work balance, negotiating life’s stressors by focusing on personal strengths and combining therapy with self-care and motivational goal setting.

Jamie utilizes positive psychology, client-centered, strength-based, compassion, and empathy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion for optimal health and wellness. Having a well balanced, healthy mind and body is where clients often find their true potential to live the life that they want.

Jamie is supportive, caring, trustworthy, understanding and knowledgeable.

Jamie sees clients both in the office as well as offers walk and talk therapy.  Jamie believes that taking therapy outside of the office in nature allows clients to feel more grounded and allow more healing through emotional and physical well-being.
