r. Carney graduated summa cum laude from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. There, she received the titles of Nevada Regents Award Undergraduate of the Year and Biology Department Lab Instructor of the Year. Dr. Carney earned her medical doctorate from the University of Nevada School of Medicine during which she served as President for organizations such as the American Medical Student Association and the American Medical Woman’s Association. Dr. Carney completed her residency in Psychiatry at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she served as Chief Resident and received the title of Outstanding Graduating Resident Award. While pursuing fellowships in both Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry, Dr. Carney served on the Medical Ethics Advisory Committee and founded a Telepsychiatry Clinic. Dr. Carney enjoys being active in her community and specializes in community mental health services.

Dr. Pasca received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from “Iuliu Hatieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She completed her Adult Psychiatry residency at Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, a Tufts University affiliated program in Boston, Massachusetts. She continued with a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship, which she completed at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, a joint program between Cornell University and Columbia University in New York City. Her professional interests include, but are not limited to, the areas of autism, anxiety disorder, mood disorder and ADHD. Dr. Pasca provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment to young children, adolescents, and adults. Guided by genuine compassion, Dr. Pasca is committed to helping her patients understand their conditions and available treatment options.
